CSR APPROACH

Our CSR policy places people at the heart of our concerns. We firmly believe in fostering a sense of commitment within our teams, supported by a solid framework and careful steering of our initiatives
The safety of our staff is a top priority, and we implement risk prevention measures in order to ensure optimal working conditions.
We are also proud to be promoting a Gender Equality plan, with an overall score of 92/100 for the year 2024 and observing a ratio of 49 / 51%, and to have achieved a disability inclusion rate of 6.37%. Our environmental policy centres on sustainability and responsibility. We prioritise the use of recyclable materials, and remain vigilant with regard to dangerous or controversial substances in our product selection.
In order to measure the carbon impact of our activities and our products, we have implemented detailed indicators which observe the full range of current regulatory obligations. We have also launched an ongoing process to reduce our energy consumption, in order to contribute to a more sustainable future for our company and for the planet.
In order to optimise waste management, we are upgrading internal recycling policies and have signed up to the CITEO* eco-organisation, which is helping us to reduce the environmental impact of our packaging. We are engaged in an eco-design approach for products sold on the market, in order to offer more sustainable alternatives: Selection of recyclable materials (such as dispensing with PVC packaging in favour of 100% recyclable PET packaging) Monitoring rates of recycled materials used in the production of packaging materials Promoting the selection of certified products (e.g. FSC-approved) for cardboard packaging items
*CITEO: A private non-profit organisation specialising in the recycling of household packaging and printed materials.
Customer satisfaction is one of our fundamental commitments and is based upon thorough quality standards. These notably include the ISO 9 001 certification. We endeavour to achieve a superior level of service, both in terms of product quality and logistics, in order to meet our customers’ expectations.
We are also committed to maintaining an optimal PPM** score, and to applying our customers’ policies efficiently using the 8D*** and PPAP**** methods. These processes enable us to rapidly resolve any issues and to continuously improve our services, thereby enhancing trust among our customers.
